Teflon Lined Valves

⑤  What are the steps to install teflon lined valves?

When installing teflon lined valve, first,you need to clean the pipe ends and valve connection surfaces.You need to ensure they are free of debris.You should prevent damage to the lining or sealing issues.You need to place the valve between the pipeline flanges.You need to confirm the flow direction is correct.You should align the valve. So that the bolt holes match the flange holes.Then,you need to insert the bolts and tighten them gradually in a crisscross pattern to evenly distribute pressure and protect the teflon lining.Slightly open and close the valve to check for smooth operation.Finally,you need to confirm all bolts are securely tightened.you make sure the gasket and lining are properly seated.Gradually pressurize the system.You need to verify there are no leaks.
