① Service quality commitment

All employees must undergo systematic training.All employees must possess the corresponding qualifications and practical operation capabilities.All employees must provide services strictly in accordance with industry standards and service procedures. We ensure that the entire service process is standardized,efficient and professional.All employees strictly abide by the time nodes stipulated in the service contract.We ensure that our customers enjoy a stable and reliable service experience.

② Customer rights protection

Before providing the service,we will clearly inform the customer of the service content, charging standards,process nodes and precautions.We promise not to charge any hidden fees.During the service process,we will promptly provide feedback on the progress to the customers. We accept reasonable inquiries from customers. If the customer raises reasonable objections to the service results and both parties confirm that it is a defect in our service,we will provide a specific solution as soon as possible.We ensure that the standards stipulated in the contract are met.We strictly protect all kinds of information provided by customers during the service process.Without the written authorization of the customer,we will never disclose it to any third party.Otherwise,we will bear the corresponding legal responsibility.

③ Complaint handling mechanism

When receiving the client's complaint,we will solve the complaint as soon as possible.Our company set a special complaint handling process.Our company clearly defined the responsible personnel.After handling the complaints,we promise to optimize the quality of service.

④ Commitment validity period and revision

This commitment letter shall come into effect on the date when both parties sign the service contract.If the subsequent service is renewed,this commitment letter will be automatically extended.We will inform the customer in writing,if this commitment letter needs to be revised due to adjustments in industry policies or service upgrades.The commitment letter can only come into effect after being confirmed by both parties.

⑤ Disclaimer

In the event that the service commitment can't be fulfilled due to unforeseeable and irresistible factors such as natural disasters,sudden policy changes and network disruptions, we will promptly notify the customer and make every effort to minimize the losses.Our company doesn't bear any liability for breach of contract related to this.We will strictly abide by the above commitments.If the relevant obligations aren't fulfilled, the customer has the right to hold us accountable in accordance with the service contract and this commitment letter.
