① Packaging quality and compliance assurance

We ensure that the packaging of the goods complies with protective requirements, industry standards and regional regulations.We ensure that no damage to the goods is caused by packaging issues.The packaging solution strictly adheres to international standards,national standards and client customization requirements. All the packaging materials used have passed third party testing. All the packaging materials used have performance reports such as pressure resistance,drop resistance,moisture resistance and flame retardancy.The wooden packaging complies with the IPPC fumigation standard, avoiding cross border quarantine issues. A certificate of material qualification can be provided.


② Cargo protection and loss assurance

We will control the loading,unloading and transportation of the goods throughout the process.We reduce the risk of loss.We clearly define the liability for loss compensation. It's required that logistics providers be equipped with trained loading and unloading personnel and operate with professional equipment.Our company insures all delivered goods with cargo insurance.The insurance amount is no less than the actual value of the goods.In the event of any damage to the goods,we will immediately initiate the claims process upon receiving the client's proof of damage and complete the compensation or arrange for replenishment as soon as possible.In the event of force majeure such as heavy rain,typhoons and border congestion,we will notify customers in advance to adjust the delivery plan.We coordinate with logistics providers to take protective measures simultaneously.


③ Document and traceability management

We promise that the documents are complete and correct.As you know that we have established a full process traceability system.We provide a complete set of documents. We ensure that all the information on the documents is in line with the actual situation of the goods.As you know that we  keep electronic versions of all the documents.


④ After-sales service and dispute handling

We established an efficient after-sales response mechanism. As you know that we will solve all the problem. If the clients find the packaging damaged or the goods in short, we will assist the customer in confirming the responsibility with the logistics provider. We will provide the materials needed for the assessment of goods damage.We will enhance the quality of service.


Commitment and responsibility

We guarantee that the packaging and distribution services of all goods comply with the provisions of the cooperation agreement.If the goods are damaged,lost,delayed in delivery or unable to clear customs due to our reasons, we will repackage,reissue the goods or make an expedited arrangement for a second delivery for the customer free of charge.In accordance with the cooperation agreement,we shall bear the direct economic losses incurred by the client due to the above mentioned issues.We will submit the root cause analysis report of the problem and corrective and preventive measures.As you know that we will prevent similar problems from happening again.
